This Mango Berry Green Smoothie is one of my favorites. I make one for my girls and I every day and they love it! Sometimes, I do like to switch it up with other fruits and veggies, like my Pineapple Green Smoothie.
Why so healthy?
- coconut water :: natural source of electrolytes to keep you hydrated
- bananas :: high and potassium and fiber
- kale :: full of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, high in fiber, iron, calcium
- mango :: high in vitamin A + C
- blueberries :: high in antioxidants, Vitamin A + C
- flax seed :: provides omega-3 essential fatty acids
- rolled oats :: high in antioxidants and fiber
Mango Berry Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 handful of kale
- half of a banana
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs. flax seeds
Directions
- Step 1 Blend all ingredients.
- Step 2 Enjoy.
