This Mango Berry Green Smoothie is one of my favorites.  I make one for my girls and I every day and they love it!  Sometimes, I do like to switch it up with other fruits and veggies, like my Pineapple Green Smoothie.

 

Why so healthy?

  • coconut water :: natural source of electrolytes to keep you hydrated
  • bananas :: high and potassium and fiber
  • kale :: full of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, high in fiber, iron, calcium
  • mango :: high in vitamin A + C
  • blueberries :: high in antioxidants, Vitamin A + C
  • flax seed :: provides omega-3 essential fatty acids
  • rolled oats :: high in antioxidants and fiber

 

Mango Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 handful of kale
  • half of a banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds
Directions
  • Step 1 Blend all ingredients.
  • Step 2 Enjoy.
